1. Introduction
Welcome to TimeTogetherCo Limited trading as Time Together Company (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making any purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

3. Orders
3.1 Placing an Order
3.1.1 Orders should be placed via our website (www.timetogether.co.uk).
3.1.2 The customer (“you”, “your” or “you’re”) is responsible for ensuring all details are correct, accurate, and legally permissible including, but not limited to billing information, delivery information and any personalised content.
3.1.3 We reserve the right to request clarification on any orders or cancel any orders where necessary information has not been provided within a reasonable time frame or in a reasonable manner or format or where information has been rejected by a third-party (for example a payment provider or production service provider).
3.1.4 By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3.1.5 Orders must comply with our minimum order quantity requirements listed on each product page.
3.1.6 Items ordered together will be dispatched together where possible; if you wish items to be dispatched separately please order them separately.
3.1.7 On screen colours may vary from physical products and we are not responsible for any colour discrepancies, but will do our best to ensure the best production quality. To minimise any colour differences, we recommend you order items in one order.
3.1.8 Items sold via our website form two categories: personalised and non-personalised.
3.1.9 Personalised stationery items have two types and are listed as such on our website:
“Print-ready”;
“No-rush editing”.
3.1.10 “Print-ready” items are personalised online before checkout, and do not receive a proof. You will be required to confirm all details are correct prior to purchasing this item.
3.1.11 Items identified as “No-rush editing” on our website are editable after checkout using our “Personalisation Portal”.
3.1.12 You will be sent details about how to access our “Personalisation Portal” after checkout if any item paid for is “No-rush editing”.
3.1.13 Certain items have a character count (limiting the number of letters or characters), this is to ensure your product is formatted correctly.
3.1.14 Personalised items cannot be refunded once purchased, unless faulty so please ensure that you check all information is correct at the point of purchase.
3.2 Order Confirmation
3.2.1 Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3.2.2 Acceptance of your order will occur once we notify you that your product is either in production or being dispatched.
3.3 Changes to Orders
3.3.1 We can change the order quantity of an item after checkout, subject to minimum order quantity requirements being met prior to the order being dispatched or going into production. Additional item costs will be applied as required.
3.3.2 We cannot routinely change “print-ready” items after checkout, or “no-rush editing” items after approval; however, please contact us and we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make these changes for you.
3.3.3 Once in production or following dispatch we cannot offer a refund or change any personalised product (excluding where the item is faulty or not as described).
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
4.1.1 All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
4.1.2 Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders for which you have already received a confirmation (except where pricing is clearly incorrect).
4.2 Payment
4.2.1 Full payment must be made at the time of order placement.
4.2.2 We accept payments via Debit card and Credit Card (including Visa, Mastercard and American Express) as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
4.2.3 In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend any further deliveries or services until the dispute is resolved.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Times
5.1.1 Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
5.1.2 We aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
5.1.3 We are not responsible for any postage or delivery delays incurred by the agents. Please be aware of delays around public holidays, or in the lead up to the festive period that can impact postage nationally.
5.2 Delivery Charges
5.2.1 Delivery charges are additional to the product prices and will be detailed in your order summary.
6. Risk and Title
6.1 The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.
6.2 Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due, including delivery charges.
7. Personalised Stationery
7.1 Customisation Options
7.1.1 We offer a range of customisation options for our stationery products at the point of checkout, including but not limited to, text, finish and shape.
7.1.2 Editing of wording takes place online using either our website (www.timetogether.co.uk) or using our Personalisation Portal (my.timetogether.co.uk).
7.1.3 Only options listed on our website or via our Personalisation Portal can be edited.
7.1.4 Any enquiries for specific customisation must be communicated to us prior to placing an order.
7.2 Design Approval
7.2.1 “Print-ready” items are automatically approved after checkout.
7.2.2 “No-rush editing” items will be added to our Personalisation Portal after checkout.
7.2.2.1 You must log in to the Personalisation Portal after checkout to personalise your items.
7.2.2.2 Only the options offered in the Personalisation Portal can be edited (e.g. wording and icons). We cannot edit fonts, colours or other features not listed for editing.
7.2.2.3 You should carefully review all personalised content before requesting a proof.
7.2.2.4 We will contact you to advise your proof is ready for review.
7.2.2.5 Upon receiving a proof, which is a digital product, the customer must choose to accept or reject the proof.
7.2.2.6 We issue up to 5 free proof edits.
7.2.2.7 If the item requires editing after 5 free proofs a £10 fee for each further edit applies.
7.2.3 It is your responsibility to carefully check the proof for any errors or omissions. We will not be liable for any errors that were approved by you in the proof.
7.3 Production Time
7.3.1 Production time for “print-ready” items begins when we have received your order.
7.3.2 Production time for “no-rush editing” stationery begins once we have received your final approval of the proof.
7.3.3 Estimated production and dispatch times are listed on our website’s Delivery Information page (https://timetogether.co.uk/delivery-information) but they are not guaranteed.
7.4 Non-Returnable
7.4.1 Personalised and customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.
8. Returns and Cancellations
8.1 Right to Cancel – non-personalised goods
8.1.1 Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason provided they are still in a saleable condition with all packaging still intact.
8.1.2 To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., letter sent by post or email). We will then provide a return address. No items shall be returned to our registered office address.
8.1.3 The customer is responsible for return postage, including any costs and insurance.
8.1.4 Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the goods and within 10 working days.
8.1.5 A full refund will be issued excluding the refund transaction fee (5% of the refund total + £0.20).
8.2 Right to Cancel – personalised goods
8.2.1 Personalised goods (including digital proofs) are exempt from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“CCR”) right to cancel. However, if we have not advised you that the item(s) you wish to be cancelled are in production then we will offer a full refund excluding the refund transaction fee (5% of the refund total + £0.20).
8.2.2 If we have supplied anything physical or digital in relation to your item(s) or order we will not be able to refund you for these items. In such circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
8.3 Effects of Cancellation
8.3.1 If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), but exclude the refund transaction fee (5% of the refund total + £0.20).
8.3.2 We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
8.3.3 We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive the goods back from you.
8.4 Return of Non-Defective Goods
8.4.1 You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
8.4.2 Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
8.4.3 Goods must be returned to the address provided at the point of acknowledging your cancellation.
8.4.4 Goods must not be returned to our Registered Office Address.
8.4.5 The customer remains responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
8.5 Non-Returnable Items
8.5.1 Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described.
9. Liability
9.1 Our liability for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
9.2 We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when the contract for the sale of goods was formed.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on our website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TimeTogetherCo Limited trading as Time Together Company or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
10.2 You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the content without express written permission from us.
10.3 All relevant elements, including but not limited to imagery, fonts and components are acquired legally, owned and/or licensed by us for commercial use.
10.4 We retain the rights to any products (physical or digital) produced on behalf of our customers.
10.5 When sharing images or video of any of our products you should tag @timetogetherco.
10.6 We reserve the right to use images of your stationery for marketing purposes.
11. Privacy Policy
11.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website (https://timetogether.co.uk/privacy-policy/).
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
13.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
