How much is the postage and packaging?
We offer FREE delivery on

- Wedding Sample Packs
For orders under £50.00 delivery charges apply.
Which postal service do you use?
We post all full orders via Royal Mail 48 this should arrive within 2-3 business days after it’s been dispatched. Royal Mail 48 deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or Channel Islands may incur delays. The date and time of any delivery is not guaranteed.
On occasion, there may be a need for us to use another delivery service, we will look to work towards keeping the dispatch/delivery time within the same timescales.
If you have a certain date you need your stationery by, please allow extra time for unforeseen issues. If you need your stationery delivered within 3 weeks, please contact us after ordering.
Please Note: During periods of peak demands, bank holidays, strike action or unpredictable events deliveries may incur unforeseen delays for which we cannot be held responsible.
What are your turnaround times?
Sample Packs
All Wedding Sample Packs are sent via Royal Mail Second Class and are dispatched within 2 working days*.
Personalised Items
Items to be personalised will appear in your Personalisation Portal immediately after purchase.
Print-ready items
Items will be produced and dispatched within 10 working days.
Digital Proofs
For items that require you to approve a proof you will receive this within 1-2 working days.
Proof Amendments
If you need to amend the proof, please allow 1-2 working days per amendment.
Approved Proofs
Once you approve your proofs items will be dispatched within 10 working days.
Summary
Please allow up to 1 week for Sample Packs to arrive, 2 weeks for print-ready items and 3 weeks for all other items. We will always aim to dispatch your items in the quickest time possible.
*Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday, and excludes any bank holidays.

Stationery Orders
Once approved, orders will be dispatched within 10 business days* and usually much sooner. We will endeavour to send all items within your order together, to minimise multiple deliveries.
Mixed Stationery Orders
Orders that include both before the day stationery and on the day stationery will be treated as two orders. (We know these are needed at different times, so we will not hold the dispatch of before the day items if you are yet to personalise the on the day stationery). If you would prefer for us to hold the dispatch until all items are edited, please contact us.

Do you deliver internationally?
